1. Introduction & Age Requirement (18+)

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which IAA Tech ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the Translator Offline All Language mobile application (the "App").

Strict Adult Age Restriction (18+)

Translator Offline All Language is strictly intended for use by adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not target, market to, or knowingly collect any information from children or minors under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from installing or using this App.

2. Information We Collect

A. Translation Text & Input

• Offline Translation (Default): The core translation features of the App operate offline using models stored locally on your device. Text entered for offline translation is processed entirely on your device and is not collected, stored on remote servers, or transmitted to any third party.
• Online Fallback Translation: If an online translation request is triggered, translation query text is transmitted securely over HTTPS to the MyMemory API (api.mymemory.translated.net). This data is processed ephemerally solely to return the translated output and is not associated with your personal identity.

B. Audio & Microphone Data

• When using Voice Translation or Conversation Mode, the App accesses your device microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO).
• Voice data is processed ephemerally in-memory on your device (or via standard system Speech-To-Text services) solely to transcribe spoken words into text. Audio recordings are never stored permanently, sold, or transmitted to our servers.

C. Camera & Image Data

• When using Camera Translation, the App requests camera access (android.hardware.camera) or permission to select images from your media gallery.
• Images and camera frames are analyzed in-memory locally on your device to recognize and translate text. Images are never uploaded to remote servers or shared with third parties.

D. Device Identifiers & Advertising ID

• The App incorporates third-party advertising services provided by Google AdMob.
• AdMob automatically collects certain device information, including your Google Advertising ID (GAID / AdID), IP address, device hardware specs, OS version, and ad interaction metrics to deliver relevant advertisements, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.

E. Local Storage & Preferences

• The App utilizes local device storage (localStorage) to preserve user settings, including dark/light theme preferences, font scaling, selected source/target languages, downloaded offline language pack history, and local translation history. This data remains strictly on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected or processed through the App for the following specific purposes:

1. App Functionality: To perform instant offline and online text, camera, and voice translations.
2. Advertising & Marketing: To serve banner, interstitial, rewarded, app open, and native ads via Google AdMob to keep the App free to use.
3. GDPR & Privacy Compliance: To present consent choices to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
4. App Maintenance & Reliability: To monitor app performance, fix errors, and improve offline language pack capabilities.

4. Third-Party SDKs & Services

The App integrates trusted third-party SDKs to support advertising and consent management. These service providers may collect and process data governed by their respective privacy policies:

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

Translator Offline All Language does not require user registration or account creation. We do not host user accounts, logins, or remote cloud profiles.

User Data Deletion Instructions

Because all personal preferences and translation history are stored locally on your device:

• In-App Purge: You can delete all cached data and translation history at any time by going to Settings > Clear App Data & Refresh inside the App.
• Device Settings Purge: You can wipe all app data by navigating to your device settings:
  Android Settings > Apps > Translator Offline All Language > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Storage.
• Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the App instantly deletes all associated local storage and cached files from your device.

6. In-App Disclosures & Android Permissions

The App requests the following permissions for essential feature execution:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required to download offline language packages, process online fallback translations, update consent settings, and fetch advertisements.
• android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO: Required to record voice input when you activate Voice Translation.
• android.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Required to adjust speech output levels during voice translation playback.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to verify network availability before initiating online calls.
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Required by Google AdMob to access your Advertising ID for ad serving and fraud protection.
• android.hardware.camera: Required to capture photos for on-screen text recognition in Camera Translation.

7. Children's Privacy Policy (COPPA & Play Store Compliance)

Translator Offline All Language is strictly intended for adult users aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly market to, collect, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18 (or under 13 in jurisdictions governed by COPPA). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove the data and deactivate any relevant services.

8. Data Security
